The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development continues its ongoing efforts to enhance and develop the domestic labor recruitment sector through the "Musaned" platform, which offers integrated services aimed at enhancing transparency and protecting the rights of both domestic workers and beneficiaries.

In 2023, the platform witnessed significant progress, with the total number of recruitment contracts processed through it exceeding two million. This reflects the growing trust in the platform and its preference as a primary destination for domestic labor recruitment. Additionally, new countries have been added to the list of available countries for recruitment, expanding options for beneficiaries and increasing competition among service providers.

In an effort to provide a more competitive and equitable environment, the platform has reduced the maximum ceiling for recruitment prices in several countries. This measure enhances the ability of beneficiaries to choose services that best meet their needs at the best possible value.

Furthermore, the platform seeks to protect the rights of all involved parties by providing contract documentation and insurance services, ensuring the execution of contracts with credibility and security, and reducing potential risks during the contract period.

In addition, the platform offers multiple services, including labor transfer and activation of the "Maaroufah" service, which facilitates the recruitment of previously known domestic workers at reduced costs, thus enhancing diverse options for beneficiaries.

Thanks to these efforts, high satisfaction rates of 92% have been achieved, reflecting significant trust and satisfaction among beneficiaries. However, the platform remains committed to continuous development and improvement of services to meet customer needs and achieve its strategic objectives in the coming years.
