Human Resources Revokes Licenses of 21 Recruitment Offices and Suspends Activities of 4 Offices for Violating Regulations

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has issued a decision to revoke the licenses of 21 recruitment offices and suspend the activities of 4 offices until the resolution of the complaint filed against them for violating the regulations and rules of the labor system.

The ministry clarified that the revocation of licenses was due to these offices not reimbursing the dues of deserving clients, employing violating labor, and also paying recruitment costs outside the Musaned platform. The suspension of 4 recruitment offices came because of their delay in delivering contracted labor and their failure to comply with the recruitment practice rules and provision of labor services.

The ministry stated that these measures are part of continuous efforts, monitoring, and supervision of the recruitment sector to ensure the implementation of decisions issued by the ministry, which aim to safeguard the rights of employers and develop the sector. The "Musaned platform" continues its work to develop the recruitment sector and provide multiple services to improve and facilitate the quality of services provided to individuals, as well as resolving complaints and disputes that may arise between contractual parties.

The ministry urges everyone to report any violations related to the recruitment sector by calling the unified number (19911) or through the ministry's application available on smartphones.
