The Ministry shall provide employment units free of charge in suitable places for employers and workers, which shall do the following:
Assist workers in obtaining suitable jobs and assist employers in finding suitable workers.
Collect necessary information about the labor market and its development and analyze it; to be accessible to various public and private entities concerned with economic and social planning.
Perform the following duties:
3.1 Register job seekers.
3.2 Obtain data on vacancies from employers.
3.3 Refer worker applications to suitable vacancies.
3.4 Provide advice and assistance to job seekers concerning vocational qualification and training, or retraining necessary to obtain vacancies.
3.5 Other matters decided by the Ministry.
