Enhancements in Wage Protection Program: Shortening Justification Period for Increased Compliance in Establishments

The platform is reducing the justification period for wage protection program violations in establishments from 30 days to 10 days, aiming to expedite verification and necessary actions more efficiently.

Effective immediately, the reduction of the justification period to 10 days is a significant step to enhance transparency and encourage compliance. Specifying Required Ratios:

The required compliance ratios depend on the size of the establishment. Establishments with fewer than 29 employees must adhere to a 90% compliance rate, while those with more than 30 employees are required to achieve a 95% compliance rate. This reflects a fair and logical differentiation based on the size of establishments and their ability to verify compliance.
