The security arena in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia witnessed an important event, as the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority signed a strategic memorandum of cooperation with the General Directorate of Public Security.

The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority signed a memorandum of cooperation with the General Directorate of Public Security aimed at providing security services in the field of training on the use of live means, in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, Engineer Suhail bin Muhammad Abanmi, and His Excellency the Director of Public Security, Lieutenant General Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Bassami.

The signing of the memorandum comes to strengthen the existing cooperation between the two sectors and seek to raise the level of coordination, benefit from the experience of the Authority’s National Center for Live Equipment and the services and training programs it provides, contribute to achieving common security goals, and support the efforts made towards strengthening the security aspect.
