Text of Article 20 of the Saudi Labor Law:

"The employer or the employee shall not undertake any act that may misuse the provisions of this system or the decisions and regulations issued to implement its provisions. Neither of them shall engage in any act that may pressure the freedom of the other or the freedom of workers or other employers to achieve any interest or viewpoint that contradicts the freedom to work or the jurisdiction of the competent authority to settle disputes.
