The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is keen to improve the work environment and for the protection of the rights of workers in private sector, been from December 2022 raising the proportion of obligation of facilities with workers from (1-29) to 90%, and to 95% for facilities with (30) workes and more. It is knowing that:
*The employer's ability to justify the violation for 30 days from the date of its issuance.
*The worker's response to the justification for the employer for 7 days from the date of notice of justification.
*When the worker is not referred to accept or refuse the justification for the employer, the system is proccessing the treatment of juices automatically.
