Reporting to the Employer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Article 15 of the Saudi Labor Law is one of the key provisions that outlines the obligations and procedures that an employer must follow when commencing operations in any establishment. The law mandates the employer to submit a written notification to the relevant labor office.
Text of Article 15 of the Saudi Labor Law:
1- Upon commencing operations in any establishment, the employer is required to notify the relevant labor office in writing, providing the following information:
2- The name, type, and location of the establishment, along with the mailing address for correspondence, and any information facilitating communication with the establishment.
3- The economic activity licensed for practice, including the commercial registration number or license, its date of issuance, and the issuing authority, along with an attached copy.
4- The number of workers intended to be employed in the establishment.
5- The name of the responsible manager of the establishment.
