Text of Article Twelve of the Saudi Labor System:

1 - The ministry establishes a unified model - or more - for the regulations governing work, comprehensive of the rules of organizing work and related provisions, including those concerning benefits, violations, and disciplinary penalties.

2 - The ministry establishes controls and mechanisms to approve work regulations.
